Step 5: Starting to prepare the lectures
These are the instructions all those in the category of “Teachers” are receiving. If you are not sure of your status you may check it here
If you are not a “Teacher” this is just to keep you informed on how this project is moving on. You do not have to follow these instructions.

Instructions for Teachers
1) Go to the following form and enter your name and email for your Google account.
You need a Google account because we will be using several collaboration tools from Google.
If you do not have a Google account you may open one using your actual email address clicking here
2) Take a look at the topics that have been assigned to you clicking here
Please make sure you are ok with the topic assigned. If not let me know at mayorgaedu@gmail.com
3) Make sure you have or get the minimum readings you need for the preparation of you topic.
You can find the recommend readings for each module clicking here
Please write to me if you need any assistance.
4) Accept an invitation you will receive from me to join Wrike. Wrike is a software designed for tracking projects and their tasks. We will be using it to follow this project. It will allow you to receive reminders on the deadlines for this project.
5) Start working on the outline of your topic. Next week you will get detailed explanations as how to share your work with the team. Remember, before starting to go over the goal and objectives of the Module your topics belong to. You can find them clicking here

Having discussed the topics, we know must start assigning topics to the teachers.
If you are in the "Teacher" category (check here to verify your status) you will be receiving a survey asking you what topics would you be interested in preparing for the course. If you want to change your status, either becoming a "Teacher" or stop being a "Teacher", please write to me at eduardo.mayorga@icoph.org

PD: This is an addition to the original post. As to today, January 16th, we have received 13 out of 23 replies to our survey. We resent the survey and will wait one more week. After that we move on.

Step 3: Defining Outline and Major points.Last week we presented the Modules of the course. Today we are presenting the Outline and Major points of each Module.
